The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The parking situation needs some help. Maybe an entrance from the garage side would help. If you are alone and come back at night it's a little scary walking around to the front door to get in. Other than that it's a great place to stay.

The location was perfect for our time in Dallas. The little market area in the lobby was super convenient for grabbing some snacks. The parking garage was located right next door to the hotel. Even though the hotel is across the street from the hospital, it wasn't too loud at night. There was a billing discrepancy at check out that the Front Desk wasn't able to immediately handle so I left my information for the manager and it was handled within 48 hours of my check out.

I really liked this hotel overall. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location was good for what I needed and parking garage was fine, though a little pricey. Breakfast was fine, though we found some local places we liked better.

Beautiful building, we were there because my mom was in the hospital and it was right across the street. I loved being able to just walk over to the hospital and not have to drive in downtown Dallas traffic

Standard breakfast fare. Nothing special but had a variety of items to select. Toppings for oatmeal were plentiful.

Room size was great, loved the modern functionality of everything. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The room was very nice, the amenities were as portrayed and expected. The rooftop (2nd floor) pool was quite nice as we had a swim after it got dark and we could see a lot of the Dallas skyline and lights.

Staff was so kind and attentive, we had an amazing view of the skyline of Dallas, room/bathroom was very clean and the bed was so comfortable/the sheets were so soft. Hotel was in a great location with parking garage next door and hotel felt very safe.

Checking in is very smooth and simple, the breakfast is tasty and the coffee is delicious
